I recently reclaimed some wisteria- took the bark off a pair of clippings while keeping flowers for herbalism. Interesting side note, if I may add: wisteria is a vine which needs support and gets very heavy over time- which is probably why the pieces I reclaimed broke from the main plant. I thought it interesting to note that the bark grows in spirals around the vine, making it a fabulous wood for casting circles. I’m drying a staff and a wand. The inner bark comes off in thin shreds, which I found perfect for braiding into twine for crafts.
