I apologive for not being on in awhile. When the flood first hit Texas I thought nothing of it, another monsoon hit. It finally hit me to look at how much devastation and love loss has occurred. Our Father called home a lot of angels this 4th of july. My soul and spirit are crushed and my heart is broken in many pieces, for you see, my gorgeous 21 year old foster daughter is amoung the missing. I think I have prayed to every God and Goddess I could think of, praying for myself and everyone from Kerr county to New Mexico and Mexico. I Love you my Jayda, moms heart is with you, where ever you are.
Oh no… I’m all so sorry for your loss. It’s an incredibly devastating event with the loss of so many lives and property. I can no imagine what you are going through.
Sending you light, love and strength
My prayers are joining yours.
I’m so sorry to hear this. Keeping you in my thoughts and adding my prayers to yours.

@LittleBanshee Oh no! My prayers are will you! If you need to talk, I’m here.
She finally called, thanks everyone for the prayers.
Oh thank the Goddess!!! I’m so glad Jayda got back in touch with you and is okay.
My driver and I were talking about the missing the other day. I’m so glad Jayda is OK!
I posted on your other thread where you shared your exciting updates… I’ll reiterate that I am SO happy she is safe. Our daughter is 22, I can’t even imagine.
Blessed be

Oh my goodness! PRAISE THE LORD AND PASS THE POTATOES ! An old Irish saying my Grandmother always used to say!
She just turned 21, all grown up she says, lol! I was never so scared in my life, now a hurricane is getting ready to hit and there is still flooding, yeesh!
Hang in there!
When I was just out of high school, I thought I was all grown up and mom dumb as a box of rocks..
She was so old fashioned and restricting… she killed all my fun.
by the time I turned 22, our roles were reversed, she was knowledgeable and supportive.
Moral of this tale?
Not every face hides and angel, some hide snakes.
Mama knows best. Listen with your head and heart, not your hormones.
Bless you and yours,
Garnet
