You need
1 white or silver candle
1 small mirror
Salt or ash
Lavender or laurel oil
Paper + black pen
Anoint the candle with the oil from top to bottom.
Pass the paper three times over the flame (without burning it, preferably papyrus).
Make a small circle of protection
Sprinkle salt or ash around the mirror.
Put the mirror upside down.
Place the candle on it.
Write on the paper.
…What turns upside down, straightens before me.

Light the candle and say..
…I cut the chaos of retrograde.
Nothing gets in my way.
What doesn’t belong to me, stays outside…
Burn the paper a little or fold it and leave it under the mirror until the candle burns out.
When it’s finished..
Throw the salt-ash outside the door or into water.
Turn the mirror normally.
