Thank you so much for posting this! I often think of how incredibly powerful the language we use with ourselves is. Our words become self-fulfilling prophecies.

What do you use for writing - surely if you write on a piece of paper and put it in water it will spoil in the water - or is that what it is supposed to do, like ‘once it has dissolved the spell is cast’ sort of thing?
