Spell for Healing an Illness
Tools Needed:
- A white candle (symbolizing healing and purity)
- A small piece of paper and pen
- A sprig of rosemary (or another healing herb, such as lavender or thyme)
- A crystal associated with healing (e.g., clear quartz or amethyst)
- A small bowl of water
- Optional: calming background music or a bell
Preparation:
- Find a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed.
