Mystical Monday all, Feathertip,

I so hear ya. I finally went for a mammogram and something else (forgot by now), made the appt for both at the same time….show up, and lo and behold, “we have you down for ….but not the other. Would you like to schedule that now?” Me, “no, I specifically made this appointment for both processes. I was told that yes, both would be scheduled for today. I’m on the bus, I took time for this. I will NOT reschedule, in fact, I did not even want to come, so y’all made this easy…cancel, and no, I will not come back.”
When did ineptitude on the part of “professionals” become a standard practice, or my issue to resolve?

It is rather mind-blowing, is it not? :roll_eyes:

That said, as a former manager in the medical field I am obligated to nag you to find someplace else to go, and schedule your mammogram and whatever the other thingy was - self care is IMPORTANT, and this is You Taking Care of You. And you matter - so do it!
