I don’t know about manipulation and gaslighting, other than to use that gas to set them on fire, but there’s some truth information that might help you out!
I even looked through Dorothy Morrison’s Utterly Wicked, which is my go to hexing book, and I didn’t see anything on gaslighting. Sorry. Hope the above helps!
