I am only into Chapter 1 of my book Energy Magic. So far very good but Iām taking this book slow as it has a lot of energy manipulation exercises with it.

I will also need to extend into the next session. Iām still adjusting to my new fall schedule. Iām about half through Artio and Artaois: A Journey Towards the Celtic Bear Gods.
Around Switzerland and parts of Germany, but with the connections and associations noted in the book, itās perhaps much more widespread than that.
I am drawn to Artio as not only is she a Bear Goddess, she represents motherhood, protection of children and of wildlife. As well she was likely worshiped in the region of my momās hometown of Bern, Switzerland and there is a statue of her displayed in the museum there.
