Aww thatā€™s a bummer. Is there any way you can adapt the rituals for indoor use? That would be awesome!

Iā€™m about halfway through but havenā€™t read in a little while. I think I should grab the book every time I spend time with Newt (formerly named Kinkajou) in his room or out on the screened porch.

Iā€™m really enjoying the book and itā€™s opened my eyes toā€¦ I donā€™t know how to describe it. Itā€™s not a new path, but one that Iā€™ve been following all along and didnā€™t realize until now. Itā€™s honestly reshaping or perhaps redefining what I believe and how I practice.

I will say Iā€™ve run into a bit of a bump in the road with the Witchfather, but the author himself in a blog post says itā€™s a dividing idea even within Traditional Witchcraft. Iā€™m reading, and researching to make an informed choice but so far itā€™s the only concept that doesnā€™t resonate well with me.

I both love and hate when a book does this to me :joy: Itā€™s likeā€¦ I have things that need explaining but canā€™t find the words to do it, which for me just makes it more difficult to understand myself! Iā€™m glad youā€™re enjoying the book, though!

Some of them, but a lot are of like looking at the stars, or going walking in a forest. Things I wish I could do, but nope. Even if I could go out at night here, thereā€™s too much ambient light. Iā€™d not see anything out in the sky. Iā€™d have to get away from town. But they are beautiful little rituals!

Aww, well I hope you still get some benefit from the book

There are a few rituals I can use, and itā€™s a lovely book. Iā€™m sure someone from the forum will love it!

Iā€™m continuing my read of Energy Magic. I didnā€™t get through much of it last book club session. So Iā€™m playing ā€œcatch-upā€. Reading time is hard to get right now!

I fully understand that :joy: Iā€™m only on page 30-something in my book for the same reason. School has me wiped out!

Christian Witchcraft is amazing. But Iā€™ve taken an academic reading break, but am reading a witchy book.

Mallory Vale and the Curse of Maggoty Skull by Martin Howard. Itā€™s about a girl who can see ghosts and her psychic aunt. A kids book but itā€™s great. Nice fun light read.

It sounds like a good read! I totally get taking a break from academic reading  thatā€™s partly why Iā€™m reading fiction, too - Iā€™m already reading academically for school!
