Spiced Cranberry Apple Hot Punch

Ingredients:

4 cups cranberry juice
4 cups unsweetened apple juice
2 cups brewed tea {I used a cranberry herbal tea, but a black tea would work too}
½ cup sugar
⅓ cup lemon juice
3 cinnamon sticks
12 whole cloves

Directions:

In a 4-quart slow cooker (or larger), add the cranberry juice, apple juice, tea, sugar, and lemon juice.

Stir.

Tie up the cinnamon sticks and cloves in a double thickness cheesecloth and add to the slow cooker. NOTE: If you do not have cheesecloth, you can add these ingredients directly and strain once heated.

Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours. Discard spices. Serve warm.

I made something similar for my solstice party, but used orange juice instead of tea. It was quite appreciated.
