Y’all know I collect recipes like some people collect dust, right? I usually find about ten a week which is why I’m posting a bit more. My bookmarks are getting outrageous! LOL!

But these three recipes are alcoholic, so I’m posting the links since they contain bottling instructions and everything. It’s way too late to make Dandelion Wine for this year, but you can make it for next! And it’s a bit late for the Mead if you want it for Beltane but you’ll have it for Litha. But it should be just in time to make the May Wine if you can find the ingredients. Good luck and stay safe!

I’m familiar with mead and dandelion wine, but I was curious about the May wine - a wine with woodruff sounds really interesting! Herbal wines and cordials can be great ways to enjoy the medicinal benefits of seasonal herbs, even outside their growing season. I’d love to give May wine a try sometime.
