Standing Meditation

Have you practice standing meditation? I know most people, when they think meditation – it’s sitting and repeating the “om” sound – that is not case! :slight_smile: Meditation can be and IS so much more than that.

I may have to start as I’m dealing with a hip injury that is aggravated by sitting cross legged.

This is an excellent point! Mediation is about mind and awareness so standing is an option. Walking mediation is also a great choice if you have difficulty sitting or just need to move/dispel energy.
