I haven’t slept well for three days- this moon has hit me hard :weary: Some relaxing yoga might be just the think to get out of the funk! This looks like a really nice routine, and I absolutely love the names she gives to each of the moves- “funny honey pot” is my favorite! :grin: :honey_pot: :two_hearts:
