One of my favorite things to do is curl up on the couch with my journal, a blanket and my doggos…and of course…sip tea!
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp dried ginger (or a few fresh slices)
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp chamomile (for emotional softening without dulling strength)
- 1 tsp honey (or to taste)
- 2–3 black peppercorns (optional, for resilience + “fire in the belly” energy)
- 2 cups hot water
Optional grounding add-ins:
- A slice of lemon (clarity)
- A pinch of cinnamon (endurance + warmth)
**
Brewing**
- Bring water to a gentle boil, then pour it over the herbs in a mug or teapot.
- Cover it (this part matters—it keeps the “medicine” in).
- Steep for 10–15 minutes while you sit with your breath.
- Strain, then stir in honey last.

How to use it (this is the real magick)**
Before your first sip, hold the cup in both hands and take a slow breath in… and out.
Let one simple intention form in your mind: “I can carry what I need to carry.” or say something else that resonates with you. ![]()
No forcing. No pushing. Just steadiness.
Then drink slowly—like you’re letting strength return to your body one sip at a time.
And journal your before experience and your after experience from drinking this beautiful magick potion!
Happy Witching!
