Sweet Potatoes Royale

Ingredients:
4 1/2 cups cooked and mashed sweet potatoes (from 4 sweet potatoes)
2 large eggs, beaten
3/4 cup apple butter
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
3/4 cup dark brown sugar, divided
1/2 cup melted unsalted butter, divided
1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt, divided
15 large marshmallows (from 1 [12-oz.] pkg.)
3/4 cup pecan halves
3/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place mashed sweet potatoes in a large bowl; stir with a fork until very smooth. Add eggs, apple butter, heavy cream, vanilla, nutmeg, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup melted butter, and 1 teaspoon salt; stir until combined. Spoon mixture into an ungreased 10-inch cast-iron skillet, and smooth into an even layer. Arrange marshmallows on top.
Stir together pecans, coconut, flour, cinnamon, and remaining 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a medium bowl. Add the remaining 1/4 cup of melted butter; stir until the mixture is evenly moistened and begins to clump together. Scatter around marshmallows.
Bake until bubbling around edges and marshmallows are browned, 25 to 30 minutes.
