I get to teach about Yule on December 15.
I’m really interested in learning and then teaching about the veil thinning and what is done.
Do you recommend and videos, books or other resources for me to learn?

I’ve found this Sabbats Almanac book to have some good information from Llewellyn. They release a new one every year, but you can get the 2024 version at significant discount right now, less than $4! And you don’t necessarily need the most current one.
For each Sabbat, it offers
Rituals • Recipes • Crafts • Pagan Lore • Planetary Guidance

That’s so exciting, Lilac! 
When I think of the veil thinning, I usually think of Samhain. Yule is the Winter Solstice and the return of the sun and the light, but it is still a time of darkness (the longest night of the year), so I imagine some focus on the veil at Yule too.
I can’t think of any veil-specific Yule resources, but for Yule in general, there are plenty! Adding to what BlueAngelite and Tracy have already shared, this guide on the site has some Yule history, general ways to celebrate, and some activity ideas:
