The Stranger at The Hollow Oak

Discover a hidden tavern in the woods…that seems to have been waiting just for you.

I do this type of meditation every Wednesday at the studio. This week I had 14 people signed up!!

I got some great feedback. They felt like it was a theater production LOL. Loved hearing that!

I have speakers set up all around the studio…so the meditation was clear, and loud enough for all to hear…while they sat and listened to the meditation I went around and did some energy work on each person. It was so beautiful.

Guided Imagery Meditation - enjoy!

Ha! It IS SO AMAZING to be “in” this space…I don’t even have the words…

BUT…SO many of my clients pretty much say the same thing, “I feel like I entered a fairy portal as soon as I turned up the driveway”

I have 8 zero gravity chairs and I have 6 of those long tempurpedic mats.

Someone joked I am going to need a bigger space… LOL.

We just moved here in June 2025. We have 31 acres so plenty of space. I have also led Forest Bathing here. It’s just amazing.

And we have a spot where we do heavy, spiritual work. I have a practitioner that does soul retrieval, fire walking, broken arrow. She is of Slavic culture and her practice includes ritual work, spiritual healing, ancestor lineage repair and she is an animist. I am very fortunate that she does special events here.

Perfect bonfire space! Yay!

Enjoying the lights on the ceiling, too.

I think what I need most is permission from myself to take more time to watch meditative and kaleidoscopic movement. I used to be able to hypnotize myself a bit, but I got out of the habit because I was always busy with everything else. It was fun until it wasn’t anymore. Then meditating led to naps. Now, I can’t seem to do much of anything anymore. I’m hoping simplifying my digital footprint will not only make space for me to take time, but also encourage happiness.
