Gerald Gardner’s book, “The Gardner’s Book of Shadows” includes this Rune from 1957
It is a four-line, four stanza chant, akin to the Wiccan Rede, that is to be used when casting a spell.
The last and fifth stanza -
“By all the power of land and sea,
by all the might of moon and sun,
What is my will; ‘So more it be’,
What I do say - ‘It shall be done’.”
