I think I’ve been cursed by someone that worships Odin. They have actually gotten inside my head. I feel there presence. How can I rid this. It’s very strong and I can’t do it alone. I’m not strong enough. Please suggestions or comments. Thank you

It seems like you are giving someone emotional power over you (not Oden) and you are physically and spiritually worked up over it. I agree with @mary25 about things you should do. You have the power within yourself to overcome any curse. Start out with a salt bath and get relaxed, let your spirit guides in to guide you from there.

I’m sorry for what you’re going through right now. If it is indeed a curse plaguing you, then rest assured that it can be handled - curses are spells and spells can be worked with/negated/overpowered/etc.

How To Avoid/Break Any Curse Norse Magick
The above uses Nordic witchcraft to break a curse. If this has been put on you by someone who practices Nordic witchcraft, then this method should break it. It’s very un-Odin though to curse someone, Odin in my experience, is a deity that seeks knowledge and wisdom above all else, and to curse someone in his name is beneath him, so this, in my opinion, would mean, if there is a curse, it would be easily broken as it may not infact have Odin’s approval.
The ancient staves mentioned by @mary25 are also mentioned here too, and though powerful, they are not easily implemented into a spell or curse, this is very advanced magic, most people today would be uncomfortable or even unable to get some of the ingredients too, but again it all can be undone.
