For those who don’t know, today is Time to Talk Day here in the UK. For those of us with mental health issues, every day is TTTD, but the idea is that for one day a year, everyone can have a conversation about mental health, because it’s okay to not be okay.
I would encourage anyone who is going through something, please do not suffer in silence. I know how dark and long that tunnel can be, most of us do - you don’t have to go through it alone.
Shout: Text “SHOUT” to 85258 (24/7 crisis text line)
I’m hoping one of our overseas members will post any 24/7 services they know of in their city/country, but remember that this coven stretches across the globe, which means there’s usually someone here to talk to.
I delivered some info packages in my building, and I know I’ve got some resources somewhere which I will share as soon as I find them. I consulted for Mind and Rethink for years, I was part of the team which created TTTD, so if anyone has a question please do feel free to ask here, or send me a private message. Love, hugs and sparkles to all!
This is an amazing resource An author, Mat Auryn, has a whole section on his website dedicated to emergency resources for people all over the world. The page itself is super, super long so I’m only posting a few here. If you want more specialized resources, you can check his page because he has sections for women, abuse, LGBTQ+, etc.

I completely agree @MeganB, it’s too important to stay silent! It was an extremely rewarding time, I have a thousand fond memories lol.
I found the drive I mentioned earlier, this is a collection of resources from my consultation days; anyone is free to have a look and grab anything which may be of use to you. There are leaflets, postcards, games, exercises, I think there’s a self-care pack in there somewhere, all kinds of things; all are from my vault and are/were online, the links, emails and numbers no longer work, and I got permission for each and every picture I took. A lot of it is obviously dated, but it could help someone so I left everything as it is.
