Hey there! Here are two links, and that is my total bit of knowledge on this topic. Not much, I know. Sorry. I hope it helps.

Now that I’m thinking a bit more, I think transmutation is what we call Shadow Work here. I’m not sure, but there’s an entire course on it. I hope it helps you out!

Hello love,

I’m looking for a transmutation spell in which for ex.
Someone is talking bad about you, you transmute that negativity into positivity for your own benefit , and it’s usually done sometimes to replace return to sender .

I just know that is what they refer to the spell being on witch tok, but I don’t understand any of them or even what to do and idk why lol

Thank you for sharing I will check it out and see, maybe it’s the key I’m missing! Who knows?
Take care

Yeah, don’t go believing everything you hear on Witchtok. LOL! Or YouTube, for that matter. I backed out of an Ostara video the other day because they were trying to tell me Eostre was based on an Irish goddess. Huh?

But yeah, I’ve never heard of that. And I can only find one book on Amazon, and it’s more of an alchemist’s book. And even with that, it seems to be bs.

Sorry, I didn’t help you more. Hopefully, you can find what you need!

Well that is overwhelmingly disappointing.
But that’s okay! It only means I can create my own! I just have to figure out the right approach, I suppose. Any ideas or suggestions?

It all depends on what you feel you are good at. Cooking? A food or tea spell would work well. I like candles and chants, but if you’re good at art, you can try a sigil or rune. I would do a water-based spell, but that’s because I personally think water is changeable.

It’s like the Bruce Lee quote:

ā€œBe like water making its way through cracks. Do not be assertive, but adjust to the object, and you shall find a way around or through it. If nothing within you stays rigid, outward things will disclose themselves.

Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle, and it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow, or it can crash. Be water, my friend.ā€

You may find fire to be transformative. You can use color, crystals, herbs, or none of the above. That’s why I enjoy doing a lot of my own spells, because I can make them fit what makes sense to me.

There’s a book, The Elements of Ritual: Air, Fire, Water, and Earth in the Wiccan Circle, that can help you learn a lot about what you need to know to make a spell work. But basically, first you need a purpose. Sit down and really figure out how and why you want your spell to work.

You want to change an emotion? Why? How do you want it to change? What will be the repercussions of that change?

Then you figure out what that change will look like. It can even be a vision board with pictures of things cut out of a magazine with glitter on it, or it can be a candle with herbs being anointed on it. Rebel Witch is another great book for you to learn from, even if it’ll tell you to throw out all the rules in the other book and do what feels right to you.

Feel free to run ideas by us, too!

I hope this has given you some ideas. Good luck!

You know who my favorite witch mentor was? May be controversial, at least I know it used to be, but have you ever heard of witchfoot? May she rest peacefully. I think she was wonderful. Some people didn’t like her approach and said she was mean but I think she was just allergic to nonsense. I think I may use s candle spell since I am a Sagittarius :sagittarius:

Thank you for all your help. You’re a doll! Thank you so much

No, I’ve never heard of anyone named Witchfoot. Did they do a book or anything?

Glad I gave you some good ideas! Have fun writing your spell.

Yes.
She is the author of ā€˜Spellcasting Companion for Physical Witchcraft: An A–Z Guide of Magical Ingredients’
I also watch her on YouTube.

Sorry I’m so late to the party. When I read about your experience, my first thought was a spell by our lovely @SilverBear

I hope this helps! If you could share what you have found so far, it may help us understand more of what you are seeking. Just copy link address of something from another site and paste it here.
