Why am I not able to start a new discussion except for this one group here, which is the only one I am able to post a new discussion towards?
Please advise?

There are a few different reasons you may be unable to post in the other categories.

Clear your cache and make sure you’re logged in properly.

Check your subscription - the Spells8 forum is open for everyone to read but you have to have an active subscription to post. You can check your subscription here: https://www.spells8.com/account
