As someone who relies on creativity both for work and hobby projects, I’ve got a mixed bag relationship with thoughts :laughing: They’re great for brainstorming, but sometimes that storm becomes overpowering and too having many thoughts leads to being unable to make any choice at all :tornado:

It’s a really amazing feeling to be able to unhook for a while and find mental peace :person_in_lotus_position:
