Weekly Challenge - Morning magick

Witch Magick Challenge entry
Morning Magick

I’m not sure if it’s magick, but every morning,
I get up to the sound of my Cat Alarm Clock,
I tend to the animals and make my morning ambrosia (coffee).
Then I step out the front door and search for the moon and say:

“Good Morning Moon, Aren’t you lovely this morning?

Thank you for the 24 hr. day,

Thank you for the tides. And so much more.

We depend on you more than most people know.

Without the moon we couldn’t make Moon Water

And there would be no change in energy levels for spells.

I’ve heard that the moon affects ghost activity…

Although I think that’s a combination of superstition and legend.

Then again, Isn’t Halloween a time of the Veil thinning…

I’ll have to think about that.

Anyway, my lovely Moon

Have a good day

With that, I wish you all Blessing
Garnet
FYI - Did you know that in the Bay of Fundy in Canada the
difference between low and high tide can be as much as 16.3 meters?(1.)

Your morning moon gratitude and greeting ritual is beautiful! I’m sure the moon appreciates your daily talks at dawn  :full_moon:

And no, I didn’t know about the Bay of Fundy! That’s quite a difference in the tides. The moon sure is powerful! :ocean: :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

My last Cat Alarm Clock was lazy. He didn’t wake up until I woke up. But Cat Alarm Clocks are the best!

I love this! I am up a lot of times when the Moon is still out! I’ll have to do this!

Wow. That’s a big difference!

Thank you for sharing this, @Garnet!

I know all about cat alarm clocks - they have no snooze button!

I love your little greeting to the moon. I really only do anything like that on a Full Moon, but I’m a moon baby, a Cancerian, so I should embrace it more. Thanks for the inspiration.
