Therefore, I created a weekly schedule and allocated certain times that I would work on it. I could not work on the book outwith these times. (Schedules and boundaries - how Saturnian😂).

I am not good with either schedules or boundaries. I break my own boundaries all the time.

Thank you for your beautiful post. I have bookmarked it so I can sit down and reflect on these questions.

Reading about your schedule creation has re-inspired me to set better work boundaries. I work many many long days and ignore my health and needs. But you are right. With a schedule I stay balanced and can get work done rather than wearing myself out and not getting work done properly.
Thanks to you, I closed my computer last night and chatted with my kids and husband at a decent hour. And thanks to you, once I am done eating my lunch I am going to walk outside, take some deep breaths before sitting back st my desk.

I really enjoy your posts and the depth of knowledge you have.
I hope you share more of your own oracle cards on the daily pull thread.

Thank you for your beautiful post. I have bookmarked it so I can sit down and reflect on these questions.

I hope that they help you to reflect on your successes and sense of self. I found it a very worthwhile task and I realised things about myself that I didn’t even know. A routine has been great for me but I have been careful not to let it rule my life. Its my assistant, not my boss😂. Some days life gets in the way and planned things don’t get done. I have learned to accept this and tell myself that this is OK. I am glad it has inspired you to try things differently. I will post a new card soon ( I usually do it on Sundays).

Great way to connect to your intuition and navigating your feelings is important. Most of all for me it’s about trusting!

Color-code your emotions and ask your intuition to help identify them. Think about past situations and assign a color to it. Yellow for frustration, red for anger. Whatever feels right to you.

I like to use the emotion wheel that really helps to comar coordinate too!

Starborn- Hi and thank you for your post keeping our cool is not easy but try to remember that we are eternal beings, my father passed away and I wish my relationship would have been worked out better but it was to late for any repair. Wasted anger and rage I resent myself, at times but I understand and nurture my inner child. Just like you. . I loved to walk barefoot in the grass. I also love to play in mud puddles and squish my toes in the mud. I also liked playing in the dirt I was a pretty messy kid and I was outside every chance I could get. Of course I still like most of these things except getting my feet dirty.

I still like getting my feet wet but never but never have any real place to get grounded!

I’m not good at remembering how to spell Greek words, either. It’s not similar to Macedonian at all, so I have to look them up pretty much all the time. That one’s Kleidoukhos, so you were close! Spelled it how it sounds.

Oh, you should! The bad thing is that there is not a lot of information around so you have to guess some stuff. Also please note that apart from the famous 9muses in greek mythology there also more muses that you might find intriging
