Today the Oak king rulsand the warmth of the sun lends its bright rays to the fertility of the land welcome to the Oak King hail the Litha sunt though the suns power is beginning to wane the days ahead are warm and bright giving us ample time to prepare for the darket days ahead.

The brightest and most fiery day of the year is also the turning point back into the dark half of the Wheel- it reminds me of the dot of black (yin) in the white half (yang) of the yin-yang symbol Nature is beautiful in its balance!
