What is wolf medicine?

Hello all,

Recently, i have been choosing a daily oracle card from the Angels and Ancestors deck by Kyle Gray, a Scottish spiritual and angel worker.

I have sleceted the winter card a few times over the past few weeks, which features an image of a wolf.

In the guidance for the card, it suggests that wolf medicine will help you to move past your insecurities and relax.

Does anyone know what wolf medicine is? Ive tried searching but am getting vague or conflicting results. I asking more because this card and its message keeps reappearing.

Id be grateful for anyones input and wisdom.

Blessed be

Alan

Hmm… I did some looking around and I can’t find anything, either.

Maybe they mean the wisdom of the Wolf in terms of symbolism? Wolves tend to do what needs to be done regardless of fear. They’re usually associated with courage and wisdom, pushing through any obstacle for the sake of themselves and their pack. They also know when it’s time to sleep and rest, knowing when to conserve energy versus spending it.

I know it’s not the Wolf Moon, but the Wolf Moon post here at Spells8 might have some further information about wolf symbolism.

I can see how these are connected as to figure out your own way is to walk many paths and figure out what does and doesn’t work for you.

Hope these help.

Thanks everyone. I’ve since discovered that the idea of wolf medicine is simply the embodiment of the wolf’s qualities in your own life. Its the same for all spirit animals.

Thanks for all your wonderful advice and links.
