Witchy Crafting again Moon altar and door sign

Howdy from the lower Texas panhandle, it’s a little chilly today so crafting in my cozy warm room today. I’m at it with my Silhouette Cameo again.

This time I’m weeding a vinyl sign for my door, I’ll come back and post a pic once I get it transferred onto the door (I kept the little moon insides in the corners because they are cute and I’m pretty sure I can find something to use them on).

And Sunny and I are making a mini Moon altar, got the Moon phases to go on a glass trivet, will post final pics when thats done.

So excited, hope my crafting ideas inspire you to craft wonderful things.

Here is the door, not too overwhelming but it looks good on that oak door.

Here is the Moon altar plate done.

And this is what it will look like, we’re going to set it on our regular altar but elevated with the stand so we still have room underneath.

I gathered all kinds of mini stuff and even some tiny jars for jasmine, salt and a little moon water.

Very cool! They look amazing  Nice work :clap:t2:

I’ve thought about getting a cricut or something similar, but I’ve got enough irons in the craft for!

Wow! That’s awesome and the finished product is amazing! You’re talented!

I tried doing stuff like that with my Mom, paper cut outs and stuff. She’d produce these wonderful pieces of art and I’d nick myself with the exacto blade and bleed all over the pretty paper. LOL!

That is so beautiful! If you don’t mind me asking, how do you do it? Do you download a design or make one? The reason i ask if i was given the sticky vinyl and know there is a machine that is needed to cut it out but i was wondering how i would find the designs i need otherwise i was worried if i am not creative enough to make one and hence would waste my money on buying the machine.

The design I bought is through the Silhouette Design Store (not linking but here is a screen shot)

It is by Chameleon Cuttables and Sabine has their own website and the design is here:

Witch Vibes Only

You can get it in an svg that should work on any cutting machine.

Eh, I was the only one in Home Ec class that not only ran the needle through their finger during sewing machine class, but it broke off and had to be yanked out with pliers. I’m not crafty at ALL.
