Witchy Weekly Challenge - Catch up VIII #2- Holistic Magick

It was my intent to write a history of Plant based medicine, history. I read and read and decided, here’s the site.

I’m Titling this, the good, and the ugly.
The Good… :angel:
#1 Herbal relaxation tea.
This tea will help you relax & will also simulate blood flow around your body, reduce headache symptoms & stimulate y our immune system. If you suffer from migraines or insomnia, drink this tea to help you deal with the problem.
Ingredients
1 tsp dried feverfew flowers
1 tsp gingko biloba leaf
1 tsp dried valerian root
1 tsp organic honey
1 C. boiling water
instructions
*Add feverfew to cup boiling water.
*Shred ginkgo biloba leaves finely & add to cup.
*Add Valerian root & organic honey to reduce bitterness.
*Allow to steep five minutes.
*Strain tea and drink while still warm
You can store this tea in the fridge for 2 days, so why not
multiply the quantities. :teapot:

The Bad…eewww Well that would be my singing, so I won’t go there.

But first some hot chocolate made by the fay… :tea:
Ingredients
Green Hot Chocolate
4 cups milk
1 cup white chocolate chips
green food coloring
marshmallows
gummy worms
Instructions

Heat milk and chips on low-medium heat in a small pot on stove.
Whisk and heat until chips are melted.
Remove from heat and stir in food coloring.
Add marshmallows and gummy worms for garnish.

Made this for the kids party Halloween, years ago.

@Garnet Too funny I was just thinking yesterday I wanted to watch that movie! Thanks for all the great information, such a good job. I actually suffer from headaches great and small so I will be bookmarking this page. Too bad we didn’t have the green hot chocolate recipe, could have made it to go with green candles during Thursday’s ritual! Though myself, I would probably skip the gummy worms. :worm: :worm: :worm: eww

I’m sold- this sounds like the perfect treat for kids! My mom used to put green food cloring in our milk at dinner on St. Patrick’s Day and we thought it was the coolest thing ever :joy: This hot chocolate is even more intense, sure to be a hit with kids! :grinning: :+1:

Green hot chocolate for a Thursday money magick ritual would be a perfect combo! :laughing: :+1: We’ll have to keep it in mind for next time! :green_heart:
