Congrats to you, Michele! Building confidence both in general and within a reading practice can take time to develop, but I’d say it’s well worth in the long run. I’m wishing you all the best as you continue to grow your skills - I’m cheering for you! Good luck and happy readings

I have made my own Sweet Dreams Sleep and Restorative Pouch with, lavender, chamomile flowers, fresh rosemary, rose petals, marigold flowers, fresh solidago which I have put under mine and husband’s pillow. When it starts to fade I can then add some essential oils.
I’ve met many new genius loci or “spirits of the place” outdoors recently, especially as spring arrives. I always try to spot as many living beings, flora and fauna, as I can whether it is being in a natural place, or taking a moment to notice birds on the power lines.
When I get home I can look up their correspondences, see if they are rare or common this time of year, when it blooms or goes to seed, if its medicinal, all that sort of stuff. I am keeping notes about all that, when I meet them, what they might mean, a sketch and from those slowly making a “field guide” section for my book of shadows, for lack of a better term.
Recently I saw a kingfisher snatch a fish on my drive home, which was an honor to witness! And has me reflecting on abundance, and reflecting, and diving through reflections.
Your pouch sounds lovely - you choose some wonderful herbs and flowers
May it help you and your spouse sleep well and have good dreams! ![]()
It sounds like you have a blessing of natural friends where you are! Spotting the kingfisher must have been amazing to see
May you continue to enjoy more and more beautiful sights in nature as she wakes up for spring!

I’m excited for the return of blooms, buds, leaves, butterflies, and nesting birds - so much activity, hope, and peace!

How wonderful and exciting! I love kingfishers ![]()
You sound like me - this time of year especially, as everything begins to awaken, is an exciting time to be outdoors and just notice things - and say “Hi!” when you can.
Lucky you! They are gorgeous, and I don’t have them in my area.
Over the last two nights I have done Plant Water and tonight Silver Moon Money Soell.
I am also watching on television tonight a programme called New Stonehenge - Secrets of the New Stone.
Blessings to you all
Plant Water sounds interesting - it is made similar to moon water, but drawing on the energy of plants? ![]()
May your silver moon spell manifest positively for you. So mote it be! ![]()
Thank you @BryWisteria I am learning them with my two daughters. I want them to learn as much as they can about so much
Wisdom is one of the best gifts you can give someone - I think it’s wonderful you’re all learning together! Wishing all of you happy studies

Blessed be!
Thank you. I think that my oldest is grasping me faster than me. lol
A post was split to a new topic: Freezer Spell Pain Release
I agree, @BryWisteria, teaching the next generation is so very important, especially in this day and age, with all the electronic gadgets to distract them. @michele12 I taught my daughters as much as I could before they lost interest. But just found out recently that my youngest actually practices, so I was happy for her.
I’ve been reading and learning more in-depth about empaths, since I am one. But I have also been reading about Reiki Healing and Spirit Guides for Beginners, although my reading list just gets larger, not that I’m complaining. lol
Empaths, Reiki, and spirit guides are all exciting areas to explore. And I feel you about the never-ending reading list! There are so many interesting things out there. It’s tough to pick and choose which to dig into at any given moment. But perhaps that’s part of the fun, the magick never ends! ![]()
Good luck and blessed studies!

@Aurora_Rose I thought that would happen to my oldest but she is head first into the practice. My youngest just did her first spell alone. Proud momma moment
