Yogurt mousse with spoon dessert

MATERIALS

500 ml vegetable cream

3 strained yogurts

zest of 2 lemons

digestive or petit beurre biscuits

a little brandy or liqueur for the cookies

IMPLEMENTATION

In a bowl, beat the vegetable cream well until it becomes stiff whipped cream.

Pour in the lemon zest and mix with a spoon so that it goes everywhere.

Add in the yogurts one by one and mix gently with a spoon until the yogurt is incorporated into the whipped cream.

In individual bowls or in columnar glasses, put a biscuit broken by hand into small pieces, sprinkle it with the drink and put a good amount of the mousse on top.

We put it in the fridge for enough time to freeze and just before serving, we put on top a strong spoonful of the sweet of the spoon we like. Alternatively, we can put honey or jam on top.
