:herb: Ingredients (for 4 cups)

2 tsp loose black tea (or rooibos for caffeine-free)

1 tsp dried orange peel β€” for brightness and sun energy

1 cinnamon stick β€” for warmth and prosperity

Β½ tsp whole cloves β€” for protection and seasonal spice

1 tsp dried rose hips β€” rich in vitamin C, symbolizes love

Β½ tsp crushed cardamom pods β€” for comfort and joy

1 slice fresh ginger β€” to awaken energy and circulation

Honey or maple syrup β€” to taste

Optional: A few dried cranberries or a small sprig of rosemary for extra festivity

:fire: Instructions

Bring 4 cups of water to a gentle boil.

Add all herbs and spices.

Simmer for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat and steep another 5 minutes if you like it stronger.

Strain into mugs.

Sweeten with honey or maple syrup, and if you wish, add a twist of orange or a cinnamon stick for garnish.

:sun_with_face: Ritual Touch (optional)

As you stir in your sweetener, whisper an intention for the coming yearβ€”something you wish to grow with the returning light.
