Ingredients:
- 1 bay leaf (for protection and wisdom)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (for abundance and warmth)
- A pinch of sea salt (for purification and grounding)
- 1 sprig of fresh rosemary (for love and healing)
- 1 tablespoon honey (for sweetness in life)
- 1 cup warm herbal tea (chamomile or green tea work well)
