This is perfect! It was just the Feast of the Spirits of the Air this past Saturday (I wrote a bit about it in Saturday’s Spells8 Newsletter)- this meditation ties in really well :butterfly: :blush:

Thank you! I’m practicing more with the elements lately. Down to the basics. And this is beautiful and perfect! Ii wrote a poem about the elements the other day. Nature is so inspiring!
