I love red pandas there are so adorable and just look so sweet!!
I wasn’t aware of the tree divination connection though. Thank you for sharing that information with me. If the red panda is your totem animal you work with have you looked into using the Druid Ohgahm divination practice at all? It’s all based on the different aspects related to different tree types like Ash, Reed, Willow just to name a few. There is also a Zodiac system based in the same practice that the Celts and Druids used instead of the Vedic or Tropical Zodiac wheel most used today. I have a feeling you would really enjoy it and it would resonate with you and your practice and beliefs.

I would definitely look into crows and see what resonates with you, especially if you also see a significant number of dogs, wolves, or cats as that could potentially be your patron or matron deity trying to call to you. Crows, wolves, dogs and cats are all associated with Odin(wolves and crows) Hecate (crows, dogs, wolves) and Brigid(crows, and cats) also Morrighan (crows) if any of those deities have always resonated or interested you out may be because they are a big part of your journey and life

ANYWAY… I have been working on a list of totems/spirit animals and their traits for a while now. So it was easy to find the information on the Red Panda.

There are Native American stories where different animals had a sort of Demigod status. Even mice and frogs.
There is a God, Manitou, and a Devil, Mashmanitou. In between the Animals are heroes, fools, and responsible for change. The stories are colorful, amusing, and in many ways similar to Greek Mythology.

@moriah Red pandas are too damn cute, I wasn’t aware of the tree divination connection either, but your mentioning of Ogham triggered something in me and I knew for a fact I’ve come across that somewhere before. Sure enough I have a picture of ogham symbols sitting in a collection of information that I haven’t fully researched and put into my grimoire yet.

I love the bast, in the ancient times they use to love cats, & they were sacred!
To me cats have always like my best friends! I didn’t really have that many friends in school and I always had a cat that would follow me home. My cat sleeps with me every knight!
I love your statue! I actually am connected to the Bast! This is really nice, I envy you Brad 
! You can get a pdf on spells 8 that is a prayer to Bast! So when I here the devotional prayer to Bast I can really appreciate the prayer!

Well Thank You. I also have a small black cat i rescued from outside. It was the runt of the litter. I do have the Prayer To Bast Copied on my bathroom door. 
lol. I feel ya about not having many friends in school. I was in the same boat. I always have been very close to my pets. And the one i have now name Little Bit is my Pride and Joy!!! I never knew cat’s to be very affectionate until i got one. I do believe animals do sense when we are sick, anxious, depressed and content. They have feelings just as humans and we should treat them just as we would want to be treated.

Post a pic! Glad to get to know you brad! My cat does the really, really cute things like kisses me with her nose! She does these head buts and is such a lover! I love her so much! No wonder I feel that the Egyptians worshiped cats! They really do feel into our soul and I think what ever it is that the Bast knows what your going through and will be there!
I think that the cat brings the Mysticism to life too!
