Forgive me, you may have mentioned it previously and I forgot, but is there a special way you recommend applying the oil? To the Third Eye Chakra perhaps?
I wonder if there would be a good sigil or symbol to draw (using the roller ball bottle) on the forehead to assist with entering the astral travel state 
I’ll stop rambling now haha- thank you so much for this awesome recipe!

@BryWisteria i use roller bottles. But u can also use your finger.
