I am trying to learn more about astrology and this course sounds like just what I need: The Elements – Spells8 However, there’s nothing to click on to begin the course. Maybe I’m just not seeing it?

If you’re not seeing any links when you go to the page you’ve linked (The Elements – Spells8), make sure you’re logged into your Spells8 account properly. Non-members don’t have access to that specific course, so all you’ll see if you’re not logged in is the sections without clickable links.
Sometimes, the back end of the membership platform for the website does weird things, too. If you’re logged in and it still isn’t working, try clearing the cache on your device.
If you still have issues after that, please let us know so we can troubleshoot some more!

For some like me, it’s tricky knowing what to do to sign in on a page with no buttons like this. At the top of the page is the word menu with three little lines. Click that.
On the drop down menu, second from the bottom, it says sign in. Click that. The pages which pop up will walk you through the rest.
Sorry our mods can be cryptic once in a while. They work with this stuff so often that they forget that some people don’t know how to do this.
I don’t know how to clear my cache, either. Sorry. Can’t help you there.

Yes, I was and am signed in. I think that perhaps since he wrote a book that maybe one can’t get the course for “free” any longer. So, I suppose I’ll just order the book and follow the other course suggested here instead. Thanks for your input.

I believe there is some confusion here. I hope I can help.
On the spells8.com website (where the link I gave you and the one you posted came from), I do not believe @Francisco made any previous information unavailable after publishing an astrology book.
I do know that @Cosmic_Curiosity has created numerous astrology threads, including several for learning that are still available if you go to the astrology tag and look through past posts. He did publish a book on learning astrology for sale but the information on the forum is still available.
Using the forum’s Search engine can help you find past posts. For example, “Astrology 101” will bring up many of the ones he posted in the forum, including Learning Astrology 101: Exploring Planetary Returns Part 1
You can also find others using the terms “Beginner Astrology” which will show you other learning posts in his series, including Beginner Astrology - Guide to the Elements
I hope this makes sense and is of assitance! I know the forum can be confusing to navigate due to the sheer number of posts!

I appreciate this thorough explanation. I know I have mentioned before that I have Alzheimer’s and so it’s harder for me to navigate through so many complex listings. The page where I first found the course did not have anything “clickable” but doing the search brought me to a page where I could. So, I have found the one I think I was trying to find in the first place and bookmarked it on my computer so that I won’t have to go through all this again. Thanks again for everyone’s kindness.

It’s not being cryptic - everyone has a different device, so we couldn’t possibly explain how to do things every way every time someone has a question.
No, that’s not the case As @Artemisia said, the course is still available to Spells8 members. I think the issue you’re having with the links is your device getting stuck in what I call a “cache login loop” – the device goes back and forth between thinking you’re logged in and thinking you’re not.

I’m glad you were able to figure it out! If this happens again in the future, it might be a good idea to figure out how to clear the cache on your device for whatever browser you’re using. Many people use Google Chrome, so I’ve included a link from their tutorials for clearing the cache in that browser.

It was me that wrote the book. I helped to write the astrology course for Spells8 using parts from my book, but it is definitely all still online. Just tried it and all working
