My simple appreciation will be moving forward in communication (family? only people I have contact with) and instead of worrying about an obstacle, simple enduring.
Simple communication with my family, no need to try to “get over” or “through” anything, simple be.

My draw today is from the Art deck.
Tower (modifier): protection, permanence, stability, isolation, institutions

I like this classic mod/subj/mod for this particular draw with this question.
What I appreciate about today are the things I appreciate most days - it was nice to see the Clover card in the center position, it acted as a bit of a guide for the read as well as the format. How can one not appreciate the good luck/fate’s gifts that have come into one’s life over time?
I also appreciate my home life, which is represented by both the Tower and the Ring card. I have responsibilities like everyone else, and don’t mind them (most of the time).
Plus, it was supposed to rain most the day but the Sun is shining at the moment, which is nice to glance up and see. 
Reflection: this is one of those questions that required a decent draw to help make sense of, and this draw made it easy. So I appreciate my Lenormand read, too.

My inner child is happy and comfortable. A few minutes ago, I received some written news (from Med appt yesterday) that calmed some worries I was having (overcharges, messed up pharmacy actions, and a bucket of others) and most of it is cleared up although I have a few things I need to trim/cut/adjust but the biggies look good.

This pull emphasizes my personal bubble - that stuff most important to me. It says our home, our health, and our personal commitments have strengthened. For me, this is mainly due to the SO and I getting much better news from our medical, situational, and personal lives. It was a good week.

Well, this is very personal. I have been vacillating about a something (most probably know) this past month actually, but the change has been my resolve that I have reached this past week.
In a Mod/Sub/Mod format, what I read is this.
The situation that I have been placed in (much my own doing by allowing it to happen in the first place) by the constant (and now seen) manipulation; I have the ability to stop (key).
Quicker read…What has changed? I have realized all this manipulation that has been holding me captive (burden, cross), I actually have been holding the key to the door out this whole time…Am I a Dumb 
or what??

I like a left-to-right Narrative format here.*
Aside from paying a lot of attention to my garden, the birds and the many pollinators that reside there, my intuition is also telling me to take a break once I’ve completed the chores outside - and focus on some self-care later today.
The Ring card always represents my daily responsibilities, and the Bouquet is representative of the beauty and joy I receive from tending my garden. I think it is the Lily that is my intuition in today’s question, reminding me that experience shows I do better when I stick to a self-care ritual.
Reflection: The recent trip and the preparation for it, broke all of that up, but I’ve had a few days now to get my home & hearth in order.
*More reflection: I don’t often get my draw lined up to read in such a fashion - it’s fun to see it when it happens.

I like a general Narrative for this draw.
Today, I have the advantage of not being tied to anyone’s schedule but my own. I am very lucky in that regard (Clover).
I do have several things on my plate to accomplish, but I will persevere (Anchor) and just get through them.
I do have support nearby when and if needed (Dog), so it’s not a stressful day, at all.
Reflection: short and sweet, just how I like it! This one almost wrote itself.

I like the classic mod/subj/mod format here.
One of my favorite cards in this Art deck is the Heart card. I chose this painting for the Heart card, by Frida Kahlo in 1939. It’s entitled “The Two Fridas,”, and represents many things, including her two heritages (European and Mexican), and her husband’s eventual careless rejection of parts of her (by odd coincidence here, the Sun card is a painting by Diego Rivera!). The gist of Frida’s painting is her support for herself regardless of her physical and emotional pain. She holds her own hand while her two hearts both burst and beat.
I’m inspired by the Heart card and by Frida with today’s question. After the last couple of days of a physical workout followed by extra stair climbing to catch up on laundry, I’m experiencing more physical pain than usual today. The Heart card featuring Frida, in association with this question, seems to be inviting me to have a play day, messing around in the studio and nothing more.
This seems supported by the Sun card (get my energy back, playing with art makes me happy and is inspiring), and the Letter card represents getting the message from Frida’s painting and backing off from too much physical activity today.
Reflection: this was an odd one, but Frida’s paintings often hit me over the head because they’re so amazing. Somehow it all fits in with today’s read of the question.
