I started meditating a long time ago - but just recently felt I “do it right”
It’s ok to have drifting thoughts when you meditate - acknowledge them and then let them float away.
Anchor yourself to your breath.
Also – enjoy the many benefits of daily meditation!!

There are so many benefits to meditation- thanks for taking the time to walk through them, @Silverbear!
I’ve found going back to review all the pluses can help when meditation seems hard or I’ve hit a roadblock.
For me, some of my favorite benefits are how it helps soothe my anxiety, increases my ability to remember things, and helps the day feel more meaningful
