Can you still do the Blue Moon Ritual but not have blue flowers? Where I am the flowers are just colored over blue or they’re fake?

When it comes to substitutions, the best way to go is to use your creativity. After all, intention and resourcefulness are what makes Magic happen!
I recommend that if you don’t have blue flowers you make your own, for example follow a tutorial like this one:
Or you can instead draw them with colored pencils on a piece of paper and them cut them out:

Great advice as always Francisco! Sometimes I don’t have exactly everything, especially when it comes to flowers or herbs and I make substitutions all the time with the same intention as if I had the correct ingredients/items.
