Body scan time! The body scan meditation can promote body awareness, stress awareness, and relaxation. Practice it often.

The body scan is one of the most effective ways to begin a mindfulness meditation practice. The purpose is to tune in to your body. It’s allows you to reconnect to your physical self and notice any sensations you’re feeling without judgement. While many people find the body scan relaxing, relaxation is not the primary goal of this meditation practice.

My body scan is currently under construction :rofl: I can do but then I seem to rush it & then slow down again. I am working on keeping it consistent throughout the meditation when I do them. Thank you for this, it will definitely help pinpoint where I am seeming to rush & then slow down & backtrack.
