Yes! Here’s a coffee consecration:
While they’re not specific to coffee, most of the tea blessings can be adapted to other beverages. And there are a lot of nice tea blessings around! Here are some in the Tea Magic Collection:

I use this one when I am feeling a bit scattered in the morning, but need to get a list of things done:
With this coffee brewing now,
Lead me, guide me, show me how.
Help me see the things today
And focus on my path’s clear way.
Keep me true to my North Star,
And guide me through so I go far.
Then, once it is brewed, I chant this:

I will also be dropping this along with some other stuff into the Morning Magick Challenge, but I recently came up with a blessing for my coffee. I felt like I never remembered to stir in an intention. So now that I have something to focus on saying, I think it will slow me down a bit and remind me to take a magical moment. For some context, my morning coffee is a mushroom coffee.
Coffee Blessing
Spirit of Earth, I ground into you,
Connecting to the mycelial web.
Spirit of Water, I flow with you,
Through cleansing surge and ebb.
Spirit of Fire, I glow with you,
Motivation burning with ease.
Spirit of Air, I breathe with you,
Lifting upon your breeze
For this brew, I am grateful.
Four blessings stirred into one.
By the powers of Earth, Water, Fire, and Air,
My day has now begun .

It is so funny that there are all of these posts about coffee because I just happened to read something about the use of coffee the other day…

When things happen multiple times, I think it’s worth paying attention to! Especially if you feel called to learn and explore more about coffee.
Personally, I’m with Georgia - aside from my once-a-year pumpkin spice latte, I don’t really drink coffee. I feed my tea addiction instead! 
Luckily, just like Georgia said, coffee rituals can be adapted or altered to suit a cup of tea too.

Usually, I’m a juice- totaler. Since I’m out for the move, I cast on water for now. Any drink can be cast upon, even caffeine or other sodas. Use what you have at hand.

It’s very doable, and easier than one might think!
Spells are a bit like clothes - sweaters might be made for cool autumn weather, but there’s nothing stopping someone from wearing one on a chilly summer night if they wish. And like fabric, spells can be tweaked, altered, and adapted. Custom spells are like custom made clothes - and fit your intention exactly - but it’s also fine to change the words to an already existing spell to better suit your casting needs.
For example, in the Crowley Consecration shared above, all one would need to do is change the word “coffee” to “tea” and they’d have a tea consecration:
“O [tea]! By the mighty Name of Power do I invoke thee, consecrating thee to the Service of the Magic of Light.
Let the pulsations of my heart be strong and regular and slow!
Let my brain be wakeful and active in its supreme task of self-control!
That my desired end may be effected through Thy strength, Adonai, unto Whom be the Glory for ever!
Amen without lie, and Amen, and Amen of Amen.”Adapted Chant, Original by Aleister Crowley
Of course, as with borrowing any content that belongs to someone else, it’s polite to give credit to the original creator when sharing it with others.
I’d encourage you to adapt spells whenever you need a spell but can’t seem to find or craft something that resonates
