Quick question- in your opinion, do you think substituting the elder flowers for elder berries would give the same result? I have plenty of berries but no flowers at the moment.

@BryWisteria whilst elderberries come from the elder flowers they have distinctly different properties. Substitutes for elder flowers is usually orange peel or acacia flowers.

However bc this is a cold and flu brew elderberries are wonderful to add into it. So add away. Lol
