I am new here and I have been living in my apartment for three years now. I should also mention I am an empath. As soon as I moved in here I felt a something was different. I realized almost immediately I was a spirit living in my apartment. This particular one I feel is not negative but more of a protector. I started a vintage jewelry business about a year and a half ago and that’s when I started noticing the air getting thicker and it was so heavy I almost couldn’t breathe. I could feel its negativity. Whenever I feel it it’s always behind me. I have saged my house, every single piece of jewelry, I have protective crystals everywhere around the house and in both of my daughter’s rooms. Around the same time as I was starting my business I had a neighbour come in and she’s a psychic and she was mad at me because she had it in her head I owed her something but she struggles with bipolar disorder and I almost think she either cursed me or she conjured up some kind of entity that can’t leave the room she conjured it in. The room is my office and I spend all my time in here. I don’t know if it’s fully attached yet but I know that is it’s intention. I just want it gone for good. If anyone has any suggestions or advice please let me know. I am open to anything!
I have different types of sage , sage and Palo Santo the whole place all rooms saying " your not welcome here you may now go to the light" many ways to banish or send them off
Welcome to our community @BlueRaven ! I believe @john1 and @tracyS have both given you some great advice. I don’t know how you feel about talking to or working with spirits. But you could try and have a conversation with this spirit and see if there is something that it needs so it can pass on to the other side.

When I had a negative entity like yours, I did everything I could. It was a hard fight. I learned that sometimes one must be persistent and strong to get rid of something nasty. Ask the protective one to assist. Keep up the protections around you to the best of your ability, and continue the fight for your space.
I actually just printed out this exact spell! I am also planning on making some protective amulets for my girls and I. I really appreciate your advice:)

I have actually have had this happen to me. when i moved into a house and i felt the same things and all and found out their was a spirit that was living there. turned out to be someones grandma who passed away inside the house she was in her 80s and passed away natural causes. she wasnt their to scare me but she did at first until i was able to listen and hear and she was cooking when this first happened. she wasnt able to move on but after a year of living in this house a few months before i moved with my husband and first born child i noticed she wasnt there any more. and even my mom felt it to and she did talk to us in our dreams even tho i dont remember half of them but did find out that after my first born child was born she was able to move on. and yes this grandma that lived in the house and passed away she had 2 kids but none of them gave her any grandbabies not sure why but after my child was born the first few months of my childs birth and before i moved thats when i felt thankful to help this woman move on in the after life.

When we have ran into similar situations sage and Palo Santo have done the trick after we envisioned a white light as a beacon. You tell the spirit that the light is for them. Some go right to it. Some spirits don’t want to move on as they have become comfortable in their surroundings, some just need help. It sounds as though that lady brought something to your house and it decided to stay.
