I mostly read for myself. I want to read for other people as a Intuitive Tarot card reader but I do not feel confident enough. I struggle when I use a three card spread (Past, Present, Future as an example) when the card in that position seems to not make sense when I try to relate it back to the question. My mentor told me positions don’t matter just put the cards together to form a sentence / message. I see other YouTube reads that strongly disagree. IS there a happy medium to do both?
I have to share. I took a two hour intro Lenormand tarot class recently. There was the teacher, another student and myself - just us three around a table. At one point in class the teacher said “… now let’s have some fun…” She turned to me and said I will read for the other student in class. I said I do not feel comfortable but I would try. Easy question and I gave a far answer. The other student read me and we took a break. The teacher looked at me and said “… you will read me now…”. (this is the part I need an understanding about) The teacher asked a simple question - as I shuffled the cards I gave her a short answer. As I laid three cards out this rush of energy / inner knowing / sensation can over me and I explained my answer with each card in order. I have never had this sensation before. The teacher said “… you are spot on - exactly right …” What was this sensation and how can I get it back in each reading I do?
