Good morning @SilverBear! Since I actually had time, I have already done this & which led to another meditation about releasing an emotion that I have had lingering since the end of last week really. I just didn’t know how to get rid of it over the weekend because. I wasn’t coming up with the right way to do it other than an eruption of emotion, which isn’t always the best way. :laughing: Thank you so much for the assistance that I needed! :two_hearts:

Thank you! I found this at 3:30 a.m. After tending to my emotions and thoughts with self compassion, I think I can go back to sleep for a while.
