Feeling ungrounded after spell work? Or a ritual?
Try this simple and quick elemental grounding practice.
Grab a glass of water
Go outside and stand on the earth
Take 3 deep cleansing breaths
Then, Take a drink of your water
Close your eyes and feel the cool water trickling down your throat.
Take a deep breath in, hold for three… as you exhale, say this mantra:
I am the fire
I drink the water
I stand on the earth
I breathe the air
Repeat at least 3 more times or until you feel an energetic shift to a more grounded, less anxious state of being.
