Sorry to bother. Ihad a question about the beaver moon spell. Whileni probably won’t be able to do this spell due to not being able to get my hands on an orange candle. I wanted to know how to make the oil? Maybe I’m not seeing the correct link.

That’s totally okay! You can substitute candle colors with one that has a similar correspondence. In this spell, the orange candle represents mental agility, energy, success, and endurance. If you have another color you associate with those concepts, feel free to use that color. You can also use white candles as a substitute for most colors.

Thank you so much! Yeah, where I live, there aren’t many candle shops with a variety.

Lol, yeah, I’m still getting used to what is a link and what is not and which ones are the ones I’m looking for.

It’s been a hot minute (many years) since I lived in Japan, and I don’t remember seeing a single candle shop with colored candles - I imagine it’d be a tough find! Incense, though, you’ve got a jackpot :grin: :+1: :incense:

Megan kindly has you covered about the candle. If I could put another suggestion on the table, you might use any candle you have available and either anoint or surround it with orange peel (or mikan :tangerine:) to incorporate the energies of the color. It’s another way to involve color magick without needing colored candles.

Thanks so much for the tip. I forgot to make the oil and be able to make it tonight, so I will just have to wait for another in the future, but I greatly appreciate your reply!
