Wow - this looks so cool! And your leather harness - I would not have a clue how to piece something like this together. You make it look easy! I take it that it’s fully functional.
I would never call an ostrich ugly! Clumsy-looking, maybe…but never ugly!
Your bamboo pan flute is so lovely - are you able to play it, or is it too small? Flutes make beautiful music!
Now that is an actual skill set, my friend! Do you have any pictures of your creations? I’m curious what kind of scents you add, is any. Such a good skill to have!
I regret to inform you that flamingos are actually able to fly. Peacocks can fly, too - but only for short distances. Our house is close to the local zoo, and sometimes the peacocks decide to explore our neighborhood and roost in the trees! We’re instructed to ignore them, as they will always return to their open pen where the best food is.
You’re so fortunate to live in a climate where shoes and socks are optional! I do like jazzy boots and shoes, but regret that I don’t have much choice in wearing them or not - there’s snow on the ground as we speak!
I can only set mine up, use it, then take it down - 2 kitties in my house, and altar doesn’t stand a chance!
I didn’t know that about peacocks and flamingos! Well then, I will have to go with penguins like everyone else lol!
Here are some pictures of the items I made and sold back in 2023. I had to stop once my spine got so bad I couldn’t work anymore. I’ll make some for home once and awhile nowadays.
The teal candle had the smell of jasmine. The honey bar was made from honey soap base, orange essence, and vitamin E. Both candles were made from soy wax.
I have tried to knit (I say try because I always stop and then pick it up again) and then after watching an anime I picked up making kumihimo bracelets. I have actually made a couple and gave them to some of my friends.
I would have to say a penguin. Whenever I draw them for students, I always laugh a little and I don’t know why. They are just so cute.
Lol, I had to pretend to put on my socks to fugure this out. So when I initially put them on, it is right foot first, but when I finish my gym class and and put my socks back on (I do MMA), I do left. Strange right?!
No matter, I always do left first, but then my brain forgets how to be a person and it then take me forever to put on the right one. Can someone tell me what is wrong with me, lol.
Lol, I have gone a little crazy and have bought a lot in just the past week. On Etsy, I finally bought my wand from a really nice man in India whom I just felt really good energy from. On Amazon, I bought my first set of white tapered candles, a pack of colored candles, and a golden metal wiccan chalice that has the 3 moon faces/Goddess symbol. Then just yesterday, i bought sooooo many candles, natural pinecones, and another candle holder.
I almost bought my first set of 60 herbs to start my apothecary kit, but stopped myself. I’m trying to get ready for my self-dedication and Yule at the same time.
Could it be you want subconsciously to go barefoot a while? It is the local culture, isn’t it, to go barefoot once in a while? Otherwise, you may have so many things on your mind that you get distracted. That’s easy to do.
I went a bit crazy on Etsy too, when I first started on my path last year
I got my wand from a seller in India. I wonder if it’s the same person?
I was surprised at how much witchy stuff was available on Amazon! I got a golden chalice with a pentagram on it and a little golden bell with a pentacle on the handle, spell jars and pouches.
At the beginning of the year, a friend and I were tossing ideas back and forth about… well… about everything. Temu, Etsy, and Amazon got a bit of money from me. I finally broke the addiction. Now I only shop there once a day.
I didn’t read other people’s posts until after I posted mine and saw the other penguin fans.
Maybe witches aren’t people.
My wallet does not like me.
I shall!
I think that’s what’s going on.
It’s guy, though, I forgot his name.
Yes and no. You could go down a rabbit hole and say that you need more than what you really need, but also, I can get things such as herbs that I can’t get whilst living in Japan.
