Ginger Lemon Wellness Shots

Serves 8 (serving size: 1 oz.)
3 lemons, peeled
½ cup water, plus more when serving
⅓ cup chopped fresh ginger
2 tablespoons honey
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Process lemons, water, and ginger in a blender on high until well blended and frothy, about 2 minutes.
Pour mixture through a mesh strainer into a clean jar or container; discard solids.
Stir in honey and cayenne. To serve, stir 1 oz. ginger-lemon shot with 1 oz. water, and shoot!
